In addition to his Philanthropy – Jonathan Arevalo Pineda's Industry and Past Experiences has given him oversight  to over $1+ Billion Dollars of Funded Loan Volume experience over the last 3 decades overseeing every aspect from Application to Funding.  Working with multiple different Loan Program available including; FHA, FNMA, VA Conventional, USDA, Conforming and Non-Conforming Loan Portfolios.

His latest Project; Author of Rocket Fuel the Book "Be Fit, Experience Your Fortune and Transform your Life!" has inspired Jonathan to develop his very own unique personalized Brand of morning Nutritional Energy and Supplement Drink Labeled ROCKET FUEL available online.  This Energy Drink Blend he credits for the amazing amount of sustained energy that he has used to help so many families increase their awareness and aptitude towards the home buying process. 

In addition to his own Real Estate owned Portfolio he provides Seminars and Coaching on the Value of; Relationship & Sales Skills to increase personal income potentials, Real Estate Investing and Smart Financial habits.

A portion of the proceeds from all of Jonathan's endeavors now benefit the The Jonathan Arevalo Pineda Academy.  Created in 2022, the Non Profit Corporation gives back to Florida's Underserved, Low Income Renting Community.  Providing the education needed to bridge the gap into First Time Home Buying with little or no money down.

The Jonathan Arevalo Pineda Academy mission is to help take these educated families Dream of Home Ownership to the next Level.  Jonathan's plan and vision is to consistently help 50 Florida Families realize the Dream of Homeownership each and every month also helping those in need through resiliency, health, and wellness programs.  In addition, the educational support also includes help and awareness on numerous available Down Payment Assistance Programs and Grants.

Jonathan's charitable work and service was inspired by the Book "The Gospel of Wealth" by Andrew Carnegie who, in summary shares "Those of us with Talents and Gifts above the ordinary have an obligation to help his fellow man."  Filipino Born Jonathan arrived as a first generation US Citizen at the age of 3, in 1976.  Having numerous travels to his native Country of the Philippines, his awareness of the economics of a 3rd world Country, provides fuel as his passion is heightened by the increasing decline of the middle class in America.

"Often times the difference of Economy and Scale for the Poor and Middle Class is a simple solid line between RENT vs OWN!"  Thus the birth of the Jonathan's Mission!

In addition to the Florida Real Estate Economy Jonathan's past experience as Principle Broker extended his Mortgage and Real Estate Expertise to California, Connecticut, Ohio, Tennessee, Maryland and Nevada.  Jonathan's vision is a future where the Mission spreads to these States and Beyond.

When not involved in Real Estate or travel domestic or overseas, Jonathan can be found working out.  An avid and passionate fitness personality he has competed in all-natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Competitions.  With an adventurous spirit Jonathan along with his Wife & Soulmate Melisa, his children Andrew, Daniel, Meygan and Alexander explore unpredictable Travel and Experiences.  Inspired by Albert Einstein that "a mind once expanded, may never go back to its original dimension" Jonathan credits his humanity to being well traveled, as it provides tremendous gratitude for what we have here in America.

Jonathan's Early Impact:

Raised by a single mother and being one of five boys (Jeremias, Julius, Jason and Joshua) in his family Jonathan is the distinguished promoter of living a vibrant and passionate life.  The importance Home Ownership was handed down by Jonathan's Mother a College graduate and Elementary School Teacher, "It was a struggle and while there were a few times when my Mother Ofelia (known to all as simply "Mommy Offie") almost lost her home, she prevailed and this had such a HUGE IMPACT on me!"  Through her work ethic and sheer entrepreneurial hustle; simultaneously - Mommy Offie was always busy either Baking Cakes, Catering, tending to her specialty Filipino Food Store (that she ran out of her home), a Licensed Child Care Services provider and tireless Network Marketer and social butterfly extraordinaire she managed to not only keep and pay off her home, she ultimately used the proceeds to build a commercial building in her homeland of the Philippines, which after her passing on April 14 2018, is being transitioned and portions donated to the Neighboring Hospital which will have a plaque and wing dedicated to her generosity.  An extremely religious person, Mommy Offie was a devoted Christian, for her last 10+ years on this earth she dedicated herself to her Church and Community, a phenomenal cook she was always helping and feeding whomever needed good nourishment from Filipino Food, which she poured all of her love into, "She was so enlightened, everything she touched nurtured the Soul."

Jonathan has extended his Mothers Values of being at the Family Table, using the same "Secret Recipes & Cookbook" along with prayer and a meditation Jonathan hopes to inspire another generation on how to bring family's closer using the dinner table. Jonathan also has free publications of workouts, recipes, and motivational content on his social media platforms.
