About

MISSION STATEMENT

A. The Jonathan Arevalo Pineda Academy (the Nonprofit) was formed for the charitable purpose of Providing financial education to low-income families to obtain financial independence, and/or successfully launch a profitable business that has the ability to support them and their families

The Nonprofit organization will be providing FREE educational programs, seminars, webinars, video expertise, and technical assistance to those who fall under a marginalized group, I.e. low-income, based on demographic, and other minorities alike. Based on class hierarchy individuals who fall within the lower class range, traditionally have significantly fewer assets, retirement savings, business equity, and home equity; ultimately leading to less than a 50% chance of approval for a mortgage or faced with interest rates, unlike other homeowners.

At the Jonathan Arevalo Pineda Academy, we have been made aware of the adversities faced by low-income individuals, which is why we would like to dedicate our time to working exclusively with low-income individuals and provide them with free educational resources that will aid in their financial freedom, allow them to develop money management skills, address financial challenges, and establish financial stability.

The Nonprofit will be launching free educational programs, seminars, webinars, and videos that cover topics such as:
(1) Career Planning
(2) Making Informed and Effective Financial Decisions
(3) Reducing or Eliminating Debt
(4) Budgeting and Cashflow
(5) Qualifying for Home Ownership
(6) Passive Income through Real Estate Investing
(7) Locating Real Estate and Negotiating the Best Deals
(8) Locating Excellent Rental Properties
(9) Retirement Planning

B. The Board of Directors will be conducting the charitable activities but may expand the Board and create committees. Although the Board of Directors is small, they would love to expand the Board to include knowledgeable individuals who share the Board's passion.
C. The Nonprofit will be conducting activities primarily online through educational videos and social media but may conduct educational workshops in the Nevada and Flordia area.
D. The Nonprofit will spend 100 percent of its time conducting the aforementioned charitable and educational activities that will directly benefit low-income and minorities.
E. The Nonprofit and the activities have been initially funded by the Board of Directors, but the Nonprofit will be actively seeking public contributions from individuals, private foundations, governmental entities, corporate entities, and other nonprofit corporations.
F. Section 501(c)(3) of the Code provides for tax exemption for donors and contributers.
